Chevrolet launched its K5 Blazer model back in 1969 to compete with Ford and its Bronco SUV. The off-roader ended up being so popular, GM has actually revived its badge recently – for no great acclaim. So let us forget the modern Blazer for a moment and instead look at a gorgeous classic properly restored.
The car boasts a new chassis, painstakingly refurbished body painted over in a fashionable combination of orange and white, and a cabin makeover. The latter accompanies front bucket seats, floor mats and a black vinyl-draped rear sofa. The audio system is also up-to-date and benefits from Bluetooth connectivity along with a subwoofer.
On the outside, new additions include both bumpers, lights all around and wheels. The suspension height gains 100 mm (4 inches), and the removable hardtop is reportedly also present (although not on the photos provided, for some reason).
Wrapping things up is a series of mods for the stock 5.7-liter V8: a refurbished carburetor, a new compressor for the HVAC system, and a reinforced three-speed A/T box. Modern additions include a two-range transfer case and a differential.
Bring A Trailer makes no mention of the price so far.
