There seems to be no end of love that Americans show towards their vintage cars, showering their grandparents’ rides with money to have them restored and running again. Level 7 Motorsports from Maryland, USA, helps these people get what they want.
The owner of this 1964 Chevrolet C10 wanted an engine swap and a complete restoration, so that’s what he got. The stock mill flew away, and a new LS3 V8 boosted to 500 horsepower (373 kilowatts) took its place. The suspension was also upgraded – most likely with air cushions, judging from the height. The wheels were replaced with new 18-inch ultra-wide rims, and the body was given a combination of blue and beige paint – applied deliberately loosely for the age of the vehicle to show through.
The interior stayed mostly stock from the aesthetic of view, despite the slew of modern conveniences added, including HVAC, navigation, a digital dashboard, and ergonomic seats.
