Especially for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series,
the American company has released a new version of the cult car Camaro ZL1 in
2018. It is known that the novelty has replaced the model Chevrolet SS.
There is No any technical information about the race
car. Chevrolet reported that several technologies were used to create the car
in order to improve the aerodynamics of the Camaro ZL1 NASCAR Race Car 2018 and
at the same time preserve its habitual appearance. The engineers blasted the
compartments in the wind tunnel and used the methods of computational fluid
dynamics.
The new season of the American championship will start
in February 2018 at the circuit in Daytona. Only there the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
NASCAR Race Car will show itself on the track.
"Chevrolet, Camaro and ZL1 are all synonymous
with victory, both on and off the track. We are delighted that next year we
will hold the Camaro in the NASCAR championship", – said enthusiastic
representatives of the American brand.
