The special edition is a collaboration with professional racing driver John Force. The 2020 COPO Camaro series will emerge in 70 units, but the styling of the show car is unique.
John Force began his motorsports career with Chevrolet in 1978. To commemorate this, the driver has put his signatures on the show car and chosen a unique livery for it.
The John Force Edition also packs a 5.7-liter Magnuson V8 turbo, whereas the rest of the limited series ships with a choice between it and a 7.0-liter naturally aspirated V8.
Chevrolet has produced a total of 552 COPO Camaro coupes since 2012, and the vehicles have since brought 36 racetrack victories for their owners. The auction for the John Force Edition will be held in January 2020, and the company will be simultaneously trying to sell five other COPO Camaro cars that won awards in the past.
