Chevrolet Colorado by Gentex Corporation makes an entrance at SEMA

Gentex Corporation, a Michigan-based car parts manufacturer and tuner, has arrived at the 2018 SEMA motor show in Las-Vegas with a Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab pickup truck remodeled into a kind of campervan.

The car sports fancy body graphics and a body kit consisting of new Addictive Desert Designs HoneyBadger bumpers and side skirts.

The truck now contains a fridge with a freezer, a draw-out stove, a kitchen sink, storage boxes and lots of smaller details. There is also an automatically folding roof tent.

The unique Chevrolet Colorado also sports a set of Rhino Arsenal aluminum wheels wrapped in meaty 35-inch tires. It also boasts severely lifted suspension.

Of course, the tuner could not resist boosting the 3.6-liter V6 engine the car shipped with. This included a cold air intake system, a sports exhaust system and a chip tuning. Regrettably, we have no specific performance numbers to go by.
