In its ZR2 Bison guise, the Chevrolet Colorado is a very capable off-roading truck straight from the factory, but Lingenfelter Performance Engineering accepts no such compromises.
The company now offers a supercharger kit for the model, which includes an Edelbrock TVS R1740 supercharger, a highly efficient intercooler, a larger aluminum radiator, and an ECU tune. The net result is 365 PS (360 hp / 268 kW) and 418 Nm (308 lb-ft) of torque hitting the wheels. Taking transmission losses into account, the nominal output at the crank could be close to 450 horsepower, or 336 kilowatts.
The car on the dyno sports a handful of American Expedition Vehicles parts, including a front bumper, under shields, wheel arch extensions, and 17-inch wheels.
