The new C8 Chevy Corvette comes priced way lower than any Lamborghini, and it’s open secret that some of the people buying it wish they had the latter. Eikon Motorsports, from Arizona, offers a solution.
The shop is currently selling a U.S. $3,000 kit that enables to fit your C8 ‘Vette with vertical doors ($4,300 with installation). The upgrade comes covered by a lifetime warranty, but do note that it pertains to the doors only; General Motors might invalidate your car warranty after the modification.
On the plus side, Eikon Motorsports points out that the new doors use the same mounting points as the factory ones, making the whole process fully reversible.
