The newest Chevrolet Corvette is underway to Europe in the second half of the year, and in the meantime a heavily cladded EU-spec prototype was sighted on a road in Germany.
The spy video caption reads ‘Z06 or Z08’, but we have our doubts concerning that. First, the ‘Vette appears to be lacking the typical rockers of the U.S.-sold Z06. Second, there is no center exhaust – note the dual exhaust tips at the sides.
According to the manufacturer, the range-topping 3LT spec will hit the showrooms first with magnetic suspension and other high-end features. Prices will start from $78,000 in the USA and €99,000 in Europe.
