On a press conference dedicated to the development of all-electric transports in the United States, Joe Biden let it slip that General Motors was busy working on a fully electric Chevrolet Corvette.
According to Biden, GM CEO Mary Barra invited him to get behind the steering wheel of the Corvette EV once it is ready to go. Rumors about such a car being under development have been circulating for a while now, but this is the first time we hear a confirmation.
As a side note, Joe Biden is known for his affection towards American muscle car classics. He even has a 1960s-era C2 Corvette sitting in his garage.
