Geiger Cars unveils Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon 65 Edition

The famous German car customization shop Geiger Cars has unveiled a new upgrade kit for the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, titled Carbon 65 Edition. In addition to the visual overhaul, the car received a nice engine power boost.

The restyled Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon 65 Edition by Geiger Cars now features a new front bumper, a radiator grille, side skirts, and a rear diffusor. Customers have as many as three massive spoilers to choose from. Last but not least, the interior now houses a roll cage and new sporty-looking bucket seats.

On the technical side of things, engineers at Geiger Cars have managed to squeeze quite a lot of extra power out of the stock 6.2-liter V8 engine. Once upgraded with an Eaton supercharger, a better throttle, and a firmware mod, its output went up from 650 to 770 horsepower. According to official measurements, the Geiger Cars Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition bolts 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and peaks out at 337 km/h (210 mph).

It is hardly a surprise to an experienced car tuner that all of the above modifications can be extremely demanding on the wallet. In the case at hand, we’re talking €53,389 for the basic upgrade kit or €136,000 for the vehicle with everything pre-installed.

Those lucky enough to afford a Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition by Geiger Cars are entitled to a two-day driving course at the worldwide famous Nürburgring Nordschleife racetrack in Germany.
