Californian tuner Sigala Designs claims that the body kit it designed for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 is the world’s first one made of forged carbon fiber. Pre-orders are already running with three options to choose from.
But let’s recap the contents first. There is a three-piece front splitter, massive side intakes, new mirror caps and a particularly aggressive rear wing. Rounding things off is a strut bar for the engine bay made from the same flexible material.
Now on to the pricing. The standard Forged Carbon version of the kit comes in at U.S. $6,000. Set aside another $1,000 if you want fake air intakes for the front bumper. And if you happen to prefer regular carbon weave, you can have it for $5,000.
