Hennessey Performance unveils the Goliath 6×6

When German car manufacturer Mercedes came up with the six-wheeled Mercedes-AMG G63 6×6, many tuners felt like creating something like this, too. Furthermore, six-wheel vehicles enjoy a steady market demand. This is why Hennessey Performance has released its Goliath 6×6 pickup truck based on the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss platform.

The tuner team has completely reworked the cargo bed, raised the suspension by an additional 203 mm (8 inches) and fitted the car with new 20-inch wheels wrapped in off-road tires.

The stock 6.2L V8 engine got a supercharger, which brought its performance from 420 hp (313 kW) and 519 Nm (383 lb×ft) of torque to excellent 705 hp (526 kW) and 914 Nm (674 lb×ft). The car should now accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in about 4.5s.

For those who want even more performance, a paid option exists to increase it to 808 hp (603 kW). In any scenario, the car receives a new stainless-steel exhaust system.

A total of 24 Goliath 6×6 vehicles will be produced, with prices starting at U.S. $375,000.
