Chevrolet has unveiled a refreshed Traverse SUV for the United States, complete with updated looks, a revised interior with larger displays and a beefier engine. It is set to reach the showrooms in early 2024 with a special off-road trim called Z71.
The exterior has been brought in line with the latest Silverado and Suburban models – the radiator grille and the bumper are the same. The headlights are still tiered, but the design is new.
The biggest addition inside comes in the form of two large displays: an 11-inch digital dash screen and a 17.7-inch head unit. The center console has been revised, too.
As for the Z71 version, it is targeting off-road enthusiasts with a different bumper complete with towing eyes, undercarriage protection, assorted AWD tweaks, improved shocks, 18-inch wheels shod in mud tires, and extra ground clearance.
For the time being, the only version available for ordering is a 2.5T rated at 315 PS (311 hp / 232 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque.
