Chrysler brings the Airflow Graphite Concept to the NY show

The Chrysler Airflow Concept originally debuted at the CES-2022 show as the company’s first take on the all-electric production car, and a second revision of that concept has now arrived to the NYIAS floor.

Chrysler aspires to become an all-electric carmaker by 2030, which sounds especially ambitious considering it still has zero such cars on the lineup. The first EV is only scheduled for production in 2025, and chances are it will look like this prototype.

The Airflow Graphite sports a revised front end along with a new exterior finish called Galaxy Black, contrasted by orange accents on the doors, wheels, side mirror caps and wheel arches.

The manufacturer promises lots of premium features and a deluxe trim. Every passenger will get access to their own multimedia display, while the main system will support over-the-air updates.

Dual electric motors propel the car forward with 408 PS (402 hp / 300 kW) in total. There is a Level 3 semi-autonomous driving system on board, and the range is being estimated at 643 kilometers (400 miles).
