A 1994 Chrysler Concorde sedan is up for sale right now with only one owner in its record, who allegedly kept it in a climate-controlled garage throughout its entire. The bidding has reached $9,100 USD with a few days remaining on the clock.
The time capsule packs a 3.5-liter V6 and has under 1,000 miles (<1,600 km) on the odometer. The specifics aren’t in the auction lot description, but the first-gen Concorde (see video) usually came equipped with a four-speed automatic transmission and produced 214 PS (211 hp / 157 kW), as well as 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) of torque.
Equipment includes power-assisted steering, seats and mirrors, cruise control, a 2DIN cassette player plugged into an Infinity sound system, and a keyless entry system. The interior is blue and black with velour upholstery and imitation wood inserts. No explanation is provided as to why the car was allowed to stay unused for so long.
Another ‘blast from the past’ went up on sale three months ago, a 34-year-old Chevrolet Camaro with only 167 kilometers (104 miles) under its belt. The bidding has reached $41,000 USD, but the deal fell through.
