There are persistent rumors that the Fiat-Chrysler automotive concern is going to build an all-new crossover car based on the chassis of the Chrysler Pacifica minivan.
Knowledgeable people in the automotive industry expect the alleged car to get a 3.6-liter V6 with 287 hp and 355 Nm torque. It might get a hybrid engine as well, in which case it would be similar to the 260-horsepower motor the Pacifica comes with.
If these rumors are to be confirmed and the vehicle gets released, it will most likely compete with Nissan Pathfinder and Toyota Highlander on the global market.
