For more than than five years now, Citroen has been producing its C3 Aircross model in Spain, but its second generation has now debuted in another country: India, where it will be available in a trimmed-down version.
The new Aircross runs on CMP underpinnings and has the same tech under the hood as the C3 hatchback for India. The two models even have exterior similarities – the headlights, the door handles and the hood. That said, the crossover SUV has its own body design and a completely different rear end. It is 4,320 mm lon with 2,671 mm of wheelbase.
The interior can be configured with three seat rows and has air vents for the second-row passengers. There is no option for an HVAC, though, just a basic air conditioner. The digital dashboard has a 10.25-inch color display.
For the drivetrain, your only option is a turbocharged three-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The output amounts to 110 PS (108 hp / 81 kW) and 190 Nm (140 lb-ft) of torque.
