Aguttes Auction just sold the famous Citroen DS 3 WRC rally car that belonged to Sébastien Loeb, multiple world champion in the WRC series. The ace driver won his latest title piloting this very car.
It wasn’t just Sébastien who collected trophies piloting this DS 3 – various drivers have won over 80 races behind its steering wheel.
Powering the one-off masterpiece is a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine rated at 300 horsepower (224 kilowatts), linked to a six-speed sequential transmission.
The winning bidder – a car collector who preferred anonymity – purchased the vehicle in top driving condition for a whopping €730,000.
