Cupra Formentor e-Hybrid loses 30 mm (1.2”) of ride height

Suspension parts designer H&R released a lowering kit for the Cupra Formentor last year, but only the petrol-guzzling version of the Spanish compact CUV was supported. The e-Hybrid version finally joins it today.

The springs cost €295 and drop the ride height by 30 mm (1.2 inches) on both axles, resulting in sportier steering with less swaying. The company claims that the comfort stays mostly unaffected even in long road trips. Last but not least, the new stance does a fair bit to highlight the aerodynamic curves of the electrified crossover SUV.

Customers are also invited to buy wheel spacers starting from 16 mm (0.6 inches). A set of 16mm spacers will set you back €93 per axle in Germany.
