The new Dacia Spring Extreme packs more electric power along with some aesthetic improvements and commands a €20,300 starting price tag.
Unlike the standard Spring model, which has 44 PS (43 hp / 32 kW) at its disposal, the Extreme version has 65 PS (64 hp / 48 kW). The traction battery stays the same at 26.8 kilowatt-hours. The driving range is estimated at 220 km (136.7 miles), 10 km (6.2 mi) less than in the standard version. Then again, Dacia assures us the EV can cover up to 305 km (189.5 mi) on a charge in a speed-restricted urban environment.
On the outside, the Extreme spec boasts a Slate Blue exterior with copper brown accents and a special ornament resembling a topographical map. The equipment list mentions an AC, a 7-inch infotainment screen, a rearview camera and six airbags.
