Datsun, a low-end subdivision of Nissan, has made an official premiere of its latest crossover model named Datsun Cross. The car should arrive in dealerships in Indonesia in summer and may be eventually released on other markets as well.
As we told in an earlier news story, the new Datsun Cross turned out to be a direct successor of the Go Cross concept. Similarities go as far as both bumpers, the radiator grille, and the LED lighting. The new vehicle has got reinforced bottom, stylish 15-inch wheels, and 200 millimeters (7.8 inches) of ground clearance.
The hood compartment of the new Datsun Cross houses a 1.2-liter gasoline engine rated at 68 hp. An improved model with 78 hp will be made available as well.
The car comes with a wide range of safety-oriented and steering assistance features.
