We all know there are many startups out there hoping to produce their own extremely powerful and expensive hypercars. We also know most of those end up as sleek 3D renderings on the pages of history. The good news about Deus Vayanne is that it exists, and furthermore, enjoys support from certain well-known brands.
The Vayanne is an all-electric hypercar designed by Deus Automobiles, an Austrian startup firm founded in 2020. The company reports that the car makes 2,231 PS (2,200 hp / 1,641 kW) and embodies the concepts of ‘symmetry and infinity’ in its design. The vehicle exhibited at the New York Auto Show right now is said to be a finished car with a production interior.
Found inside are two seats, a digital dashboard, a modest-sized central touchscreen and a set of controls the purpose of which remains unexplained at the moment.
No official acceleration specs are available yet, but preliminary calculations suggest it should reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in under two seconds. Deus plans to start the deliveries in 2025 and make 99 units in total.
