51-year-old, plum-colored Dodge Challenger goes up on sale for $90k

As you know, restomodding means restoring and modifying old cars, but this 1970 Dodge Challenger hardly needed any restoration with only 903 miles (1,453 km) on the clock.

Therefore, the tuner instead chose to focus on retrofitting the coupe with modern features. Aside from a fashionable Plum Crazy paintjob, it received an enlarged version of the OEM wheels, Wilwood brakes, chrome bumpers, a rear spoiler, LED headlights, and quad polished exhaust tips.

Look inside the cabin to see black vinyl contrasted against imitation wood accents. The gear stick is shaped like a pistol grip, and the lighting inside is LED-based. On the other hand, the AC, the radio and the dash gauges stay intact.

A real surprise awaits the buyer under the hood. The stock 7.2-liter V8 enjoys a sizeable boost along with emission-reducing mods. Highlights of the build include ProMaxx cylinder heads, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a ceramic-coated exhaust manifold, and an electronic injection system. A four-speed auto transmission drives the rear wheels.

You can buy the restomod for U.S. $90,000.
