Video: U.S.-made Dodge Challenger hits German autobahn

The YouTube team of AutoTopNL has gotten its hands on a brand-new Dodge Challenger R/T T/A to see how fast it would reach its peak acceleration at a speedway in Germany.

The newest R/T spec conceals a 5.7-liter V8 under the hood with 377 PS (372 hp / 277 kW). The optional T/A package adds matte black exterior bits all around, Hellcat-style headlights and a set of original 20-inch wheels.

In the video, the Challenger has no issue overtaking the rest of the traffic and cruising at roughly 200 km/h (124 mph). If you watch until the end, you will see it get to 246 km/h (153 mph).
