Extreme Dodge Charger Evolution gets ready to rumble at SEMA

The SEMA Show in Las-Vegas will be opening later today, October 30, 2018. Tuner SpeedKore comes to the event with a most extreme take on the 1970 Dodge Charger Evolution muscle car.

The vehicle is a spiritual successor to the classical Dodge Charger Tantrum that came equipped with a 9.0-liter twin-turbo monster engine capable of 1,650 hp (1,230 kW). The Dodge Charger Evolution packs a smaller engine (if you can call 6.2l “small”) borrowed straight from the modern Challenger SRT Demon. Its performance is estimated at 966 hp (720 kW).

The entire body of the car is made of carbon fiber, thanks to which it weighs in under 1,500 kg. It still has plenty of rigidity, owing to a stainless-steel framework and a roll cage.

The Dodge Charger Evolution also sports HRE Wheels (19” in front, 20” in the back), Brembo brakes and Penske 7500 coilovers.

Much has been redesigned in the interior of the car, including the dashboard, the center console, the steering wheel, the gear shifter, the pedals and the seats. The entire passenger space has been wrapped in premium-grade leather.
