SpeedKore Performance built this restomod of a standard 1970 Dodge Charger a few years ago. The car received th a new, insanely powerful engine (1,650 horsepower, or 1,230 kilowatts) along with the nickname “Tantrum”. Interested? Look it up on Fusion Motors Inc. where the car is currently on sale.
The modded Charger packs a humongous nine-liter, twin-turbo speedboat engine under the hood. The monster engine links to a Tremec six-speed manual gearbox and RWD.
SpeedKore Performance went farther than this, though, and built an all-carbon body for its one-off dragster, significantly reducing its weight.
Back in 2015, the 1970 Dodge Charger Tantrum won the Gran Turismo award at SEMA and proceeded to star in the 2017 movie The Fate of the Furious. All of the above considered, there is no doubt that the collectors will be willing to pay pretty much any kind of money to get their hands on this unique ride.
