U.S. performance tuner SpeedKore Performance Group will be attending the SEMA show in Las-Vegas with a new project: a transmission-swapped, AWD Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody.
Little is being revealed about the sedan at the moment, other than it will come powered by a modified 6.2 HEMI V8 of the Dodge Demon retrofitted with dual turbochargers instead of the single supercharger. The output will amount to 1,000 hp (745 kW) or more. It will also boast the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk all-wheel drive transmission that will direct 70% of the torque to the rear wheels in the Track mode.
Last year, the same workshop unveiled the Evolution muscle car that looked like a 50-year-old Dodge Charger (see video). It boasted a custom stainless-steel frame with an aluminum bottom and came powered by a supercharged engine good for 979 hp (730 kW). The bodywork mostly involved carbon fiber.
