These huge and slightly
fanciful design American cars the size of a truck reliably won the hearts of many
motorists. And here the fuel consumption? One thought of being able to drive
powerfully, quickly, sitting quite high above the road and all the rest of its
inhabitants, instantly captures, leaving not the slightest chance of abandoning
the sacred dream. Especially if the coveted Dodge RAM stands out against the
background of the same roaring huge.
According to the resource
FormaCar, the tuning of similar American cars is a rare thing even in the US
itself. Few workshops in the States are ready to take up this work. As a rule,
the commercial component in such projects is completely superseded exclusively
by the love of technology and the process itself. It was on this path that
specialists from the Russian tuning studio VC-Tuning went.
It all started with the idea
of assembling a stock version of the Dodge Ram1500 in a wide body kit and with
an aggressive design. It was planned to change the black color to dark blue.
However, in the course of work, the appetite of the mechanics was played out in
earnest. And as a result, a modified engine with an increase in working volume
and forged pistons of a larger diameter was added. I also had to create an
improved braking system. As a result, the efficiency of braking in comparison
with the original version has increased three-fold. The machine was equipped
with a four-circuit air suspension Ridetech. And in conclusion, for a maximum
comfortable ride, we chose 22-radius wheels.
In this project everything
is calculated to trifles, each detail has been considered separately. The task
– to adapt the car for a comfortable ride around the city was accomplished.
As a cherry on the cake,
tuners ateliers sewed a new salon for the car and installed a powerful audio
system.
According to the inspirers
of the project, despite the fact that the main work on the completion of the
Dodge Ram 1500 has been completed, in the near future the car will have to
install elements from the carbon and the system of electro-tinting of glasses. Perfection, as they say, the limit is alien!
