This Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale Zagato is not what it seems

A few days ago, we told you about a splendid Dodge Viper conversion called VLF Force 1, packing 750 hp under the hood. What you see here is also a Viper, despite any indications to the contrary.

The uninitiated may easily confuse this ride with the Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale Zagato, but it actually comes based on the Viper SRT10 chassis produced between 2003 and 2010. The bodywork is custom, but the 8.4-liter V10 is standard. A six-speed manual transmission sends 600+ hp (450+ kW) to the wheels.

The front end and the sides look gorgeous; we have our reservations about the rear, but this bit was no less controversial in its Alfa Romeo implementation, either.

In contrast, the interior looks typical Dodge, except for the new leather trim. Overall, given the sheer scale of the project, we’d expect more changes here.

This particular Dodge Viper SRT10 will go on sale on May 1-2, 2020. The asking price remains unannounced, but it is worth noting that you could buy an original 2010 TZ3 Stradale Zagato starting from €500,000 back when they were still available.
