Someone is selling a Dodge Viper RT/10 converted into a 25-foot (7.62-meter) long droptop in the United States for a buy-it-now price of $160,000.
Aside from a completely butchered body, the car no longer holds its original V10 engine rated at 421 PS (415 hp / 309 kW). Instead, it packs a Mopar 360 Magnum mill good for 396 PS (390 hp / 291 kW). It is unknown why the original engine was replaced, but we would imagine it being extremely expensive to repair given how rare the Viper model is, so it probably just broke down.
Judging by the images in the listing, the stretch limo lacks any kind of roof mounts and has two separate leather seats in the passenger compartment, as well as two benches facing each other. There is no data available regarding its acceleration, but the seller claims the car handles great for its size and weight.
Another thing that intrigues us is where the drive is at. Of course, we expect it to be on the front axle now that the Viper is 25 feet long, but you can never be certain with homegrown projects like this one.
In August last year, the same vehicle cropped up on sale for $135,000 and failed to attract any interest.
