Dongfeng has just announced yet another car badge, Nammi, which it plans to put on relatively affordable, stylish EVs. The first production model will be laconically named the 01.
By what has to be sheer coincidence, the car is barely distinguishable from the recent Smart EVs. It runs on Dongfeng’s own Quantum Architecture 3 and delivers 95 PS (94 hp / 70 kW) to the front axle from a single electric motor in the base spec. There could be other options, but they remain to be announced.
In terms of size, the vehicle is 4,030 mm (157.4 inches) long and has 2,660 mm (103.9 inches) between the axles.
The interior is trimmed in something that looks like leather (most likely the artificial kind), and has a nice quilted patten on the dashboard and the doors. The rear seats lack adjustable headrests and have a single, non-segmented back.
