The Chinese car manufacturer Dongfeng has recently held a presentation of its all-new Fengguang ix5 crossover coupe. The vehicle should reach mass market before the end of the year, but the price hasn’t been revealed yet.
Despite using the chassis of the Fengguang 580 as base, the new Dongfeng Fengguang ix5 is still a new car model with a completely different body design. It is driven by a 1.5-liter turbo engine capable of 150 hp (112 kW).
In its most basic trim, the Dongfeng Fengguang ix5 comes with a voice-controlled infotainment system, lane control, collision prevention, and an all-around view camera set.
