DS 7 Crossback Louvre pays homage to the great museum and its exhibits

DS has unveiled the Louvre Edition of its 7 Crossback model, dedicated to the famous Paris museum and its vast collection of art.

The special edition evokes the entrance pyramid theme on the mirrors and in the cabin and comes with its accents, badges and 20-inch wheels painted black. The multimedia database contains over 180 works of art that can be displayed at any time accompanied with podcasts available in a wide selection of languages.

Available powertrains include two gasoline engines (180 hp / 134 kW, 225 hp / 168 kW), a diesel (180 hp / 134 kW), and two hybrids (225 hp / 168 kW, 300 hp / 224 kW).

Standard features include the company’s trademark active ambient lighting, LED lighting, heated and massaged seats, and a semi-autonomous driving system.

The museum-themed crossover should go on sale by the end of the year, DS reports.
