As we reported yesterday, the Chinese compact crossover Exeed LX just gained a part-electric version. Here are its main characteristics.
The car comes powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine with 156 PS (154 hp / 114 kW) and an electric motor with 170 PS (168 hp / 125 kW) and 315 Nm (232 lb-ft) of torque. Their combined output amounts to 326 PS (322 hp / 240 kW) and 510 Nm (376 lb-ft)of torque. Going from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) takes 6.8 seconds.
The traction battery holds up to 19.27 kilowatt-hours of power and can be recharged using external sources. NEDC-rated driving range amounts to 105 km (65 miles), with a combined range of 1,000+ km (621+ miles). Average fuel consumption is estimated at 4.8 liters per 100 km.
On the outside, the car sports new badges and a light blue finish, but that’s about it. Prices start from 149,800 Yuan.
