Exeed AtlantiX gets revealed in full ahead of premiere

The Chinese Ministry of Industry maintains an open certification database that media often access to learn about upcoming cars. Thanks to AutoHome, we know now what the new SUV named Exeed AtlantiX will be like and when it will go into production.

You can see the car in the gallery here and compare it to its concept version in the video. According to the patent filings, it will be made at the company’s newest factory complex in Qingdao, China in November with multiple exterior designs to choose from.

Select trim levels will be getting copper-tinted accents on the hood, c-pillars and other regions. Four wheel sets ranging from 18 to 20 inches large are also on the list.

The car is sized 4,781 x 1,920 x 1,671 millimeters large (L/W/H) with 2,815 mm between the axles. This makes it virtually identical in size to the Exeed TXL, although its coupe-like body and sporty silhouette will probably make it look sleeker and lower than the TXL. No interior photos have been published so far.

A 2.0-liter turbocharged engine under the hood drives all four wheels with 261 PS (257 hp / 192 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque through an eight-speed automatic transmission.
