Brian, from the United States, is traveling all around his country behind the steering wheel of a Ferrari young-timer and making Instagram posts about it. His ride of choice is a 308 GTB, which was made back in 1975–1985.
The owner did everything he could to convert the coupe into a rally car on the outside, adding a metal cage doubling as an extra trunk at the rear end. He also swapped the stock wheels out for rally-style ones wrapped in high-profile Pirelli rubber.
Elsewhere, the one-off off-roader has auxiliary lighting and a long antenna – likely for the radio. There are a couple gas cans in the trunk, because the 308 GTB covers only around 320 – 360 km (200 – 225 miles) on a full tank.
Brian has already visited Colorado and Alaska, and will be visiting five other states in the coming four months.
The Ferrari 308 (watch the video for an example) came out in two body styles named GTB (coupe) and GTS (Targa). It had a 2.9-liter V8 mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
