A coffee table built around a genuine Ferrari 360 Modena V8 will be going on sale on February 2, 2023, with an estimated selling price of €19,000–25,000.
In addition to the marque’s signature red valve caps and polished exhaust manifolds, the unit comes equipped with shaft pulleys, coils and injection nozzles, suggesting that it is indeed an authentic Ferrari engine. The seller does not specify when it was made, though.
Ferrari produced the 360 lineup in 1999 through 2004 (watch the video for details). The Modena in particular debuted with a 3.6-liter V8 rated at 400 PS (394 hp / 294 kW), which took it from standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in roughly five seconds.
The table itself was created by Gervadino Design, a company with experience in similar projects. The glass top is 140 x 140 cm (54.7” x 54.7”) large and 15 mm (0.6”) thick.
