Car sales brought the company about three billion euros last year. Thus, the balance profit was by 9% higher than in 2015. The net profit of Ferrari increased for 38% according to the results of 12 months, having constituted 400 million euros. Such indicators became possible thanks to tax assignments' dropping because of decrease in a rate of a tax for corporations in Italy.
The company also notes the increased supply rate of cars in the dealer centers.
In 2016, cars with 12-cylinder and 8-cylinder engines were the most popular. In total, 8014 cars of the Italian brand were sold last year.
Ferrari is not going to slow down the pace. According to forecasts, the demand on their sports cars will increase by 6.3 percent this year. Shares of automaker are also rapidly gaining in the price after the messages about payment of dividends. It is quite possible, that in a year the company will report about 3,3 billion euros profit, and in 2019 sales will reach the level of 9000 cars in a year.
