Welcome LB★Silhouette WORKS, a new Japanese tuner shop

Japanese tuner Liberty Walk has founded LB★Silhouette WORKS, a sub-brand dedicated to the development of racing-style body kits. Their first completed project is titled Ferrari 458 Italia GT Widebody.

The scope of changes is rather wide. The engineers replaced most of the bodywork with custom panels made out of fiber-reinforced plastic and carbon fiber. An all-carbon kit would cost you north of U.S. $52,000, but you can choose which parts you would like them to make from the cheaper FRP instead.

The full set includes a front bumper with an integrated spoiler, canards and massive air intakes, a redesigned trunk lid, fender flares, bigger side skirts, a restyled rear apron with a giant diffusor attached to it, and a GT-style rear wing.

LB★Silhouette WORKS suggests complementing the body kit with a set of 20- or 21-inch Forgiato wheels and a suspension lowering kit.

Once fully upgraded, the Ferrari 458 Italia looks like a purebred racecar, wouldn’t you agree?
