Sotheby’s to auction off the unique Ferrari 328 GTS Conciso Concept

Ferrari 328 GTS Conciso, a one-of-a-kind concept vehicle which premiered as early as 1993, will soon be brought under the hammer at Sotheby’s. The starting price of the car handcrafted in the German tuning workshop Bernd Michalak Design Studio isn’t being disclosed to the public, but there’s hardly any doubt that it’s going to be high.

The vehicle is based on the 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS chassis. Its outer design looks rather radical even now – so you can imagine just how much it used to impress people a quarter of a century ago. Note how plastic is used as its primary constituent material.

The spectacular 328 GTS Conciso Concept is powered by a 3.2-liter V8 capable of up to 274 hp and 304 Nm. It has a five-speed manual gearbox. Its lightweight body enables it to accelerate from the standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6.4 seconds and ultimately reach up to 278 km/h (173 mph).
