Ferrari Breadvan Hommage shows up on another video

Niels Van Roij Design continues releasing new materials dedicated to its one-off project, the stunning Ferrari Breadvan Hommage named after the eponymous racecar dating back to 1962.

The Netherlands-based Shooting Brake maker aimed to reproduce the signature traits of the original Breadvan using the automotive design language of the 1990s. The team took a Ferrari 550 Maranello as a starting point, leaving only the windshield intact in the end.

After many months of painstaking work, a vehicle rolled out of the workshop that may not look entirely identical to its ancestor, but still screams “Ferrari”. There is plenty about the Hommage that almost makes you wonder whether it is not a genuine Prancing Horse concept car stolen from the Italian company – and that is the highest praise a conversion of this kind can garner, in our opinion.
