Automotive News Europe has just reported that Ferrari is getting its first fully electric supercar ready to debut in 2025, which is earlier than the original plans provided for. The production will allegedly take place in the company’s new factory next to its Maranello HQ.
The corresponding statement was made by Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari. In his latest interview, he said that a substantial progress in designing and testing a large number of electronic components enabled the company to accelerate the development of the still-unnamed electric supercar.
He added that the company was planning on bringing the model out in time for Christmas in 2025, rather than 2026 as originally planned.
