In the first six months of 2024, Ferrari Group will be rewarding over 5,000 workers with a share in the company equivalent to €2,065 as a one-time bonus. In addition, those who choose to hold the shares for 36 months will get a premium of up to 15% of the original amount. Ferrari will cover all the accompanying expenses as well.
The Italian automaker has just a new agreement with national trade unions regarding the rewards for competitiveness. The bonus amount now exceeds €17,000, out of which €3,000 per year can be converted into stock tax-free.
The third quarter of the current year proved especially lucrative for Ferrari and marked the first time when it sold more hybrids than traditional ICE cars.
