Sotheby’s will put up a one-of-a-kind Ferrari F430 Challenge wearing an intricate livery by Ben Levi on sale in Florida, U.S.A., in April 2018. The vehicle is expected to score up to U.S. $160,000.
This particular exemplar of Ferrari F430 Challenge has been designed especially with racing application in mind. It packs a 4.3-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine good for 482 hp and 465 Nm of torque. It also weighs 225 kg (~500 lbs.) less than its stock, street-legal counterpart, thanks to the new light alloy wheels and carbon body panels.
In keeping with the sports car tradition, the interior of the Ferrari F430 Challenge houses carbon-fiber seats and is otherwise as minimalistic as possible.
