Ferrari is getting ready to introduce a new hypercar powered by a twelve-cylinder engine, based on same platform as the discontinued LaFerrari model.
The newcomer takes strongly after its predecessor, except for certain redesigned areas like the air intakes. In the video, you can take a good look at the pre-production test vehicle and listen to its engine revving up.
Performance-wise, the car might exceed even the 1,000 PS (986 hp / 735 kW) of the SF90 Stradale, although no announcement has been made in this regard so far.
Considering the global trend towards electrification, it would be reasonable to expect a hybrid. Rumor has it that the Italian company will offer as many as three electrified versions, including two fully electric ones.
Finally, after producing a road-legal coupe, Ferrari may make a track-only prototype out of it that may take part in the next year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans.
