Ferrari came to the market of China in 1992 and has since opened 21 dealerships nationwide. To celebrate, the automaker has introduced a special take on its Roma coupe.
The unique vehicle was produced between Ferrari Tailor Made and renowned fashion designer Jiang Qiong Er. The exterior sports contrast-rich hues and stripes inspired by the furniture ornaments of the Ming dynasty.
Elsewhere, the one-off anniversary car rocks side sills with ‘Tailor Made’ printed on them and a has golden plaque with Chinese hieroglyphs encrusted in jade. In the cultural tradition of Ancient China, gold symbolized wealth and good fortune while jade represented purity and softness.
Along with the car, the design crew came up with a number of accessories. These included a tea set, assorted aroma diffusers, an ashtray, a cigar box, a paper kite, blankets and a set of Chinese checkers.
