Car tuner Carrotec is well known for the extensive customization projects it usually carries out. This Fiat 500 remake is its latest job.
The engineers started with an Abarth version of the Fiat 500. The famous Italian city car gained fender flares, a modestly-sized front spoiler, new side mirror housings, a trunk door grip decal and a rear diffusor. Koshi-Group manufactured the entire kit out of carbon with lacquer finish.
The Fiat 500 also gained adjustable coilover suspension and a set of 18-inch Rotiform rims wrapped in Hankook tires.
The car was painted white with a black roof and a sporty Italian Flag stripe running down the middle. The resulting contrast looks pretty good.
The interior features occasional carbon elements but is largely stock. Carrotec says it will release a more complete Alcantara overhaul in the future.
Last but not least, the company has managed to boost the stock 1.4-liter engine to 270 hp (201 kW) and 340 Nm (251 lbĂ—ft) of torque.
