A few days ago, German tuner TVW Car Design released what it called the ‘Fiat 500 Abarth Yellow Race Edition 2019’ – essentially, a sun-yellow 500 Abarth with a suspension upgrade, luxury rims and numerous other fancy upgrades.
Folien-Tuning Werbetechnik was responsible for the vinyl wrap. TVW painted the brake supports to match the body and blacked out the rear lights for contrast. The stock wheels gave way to downright gorgeous OZ Racing Alleggerita rims (Glossy Black finish) clad in Toyo Tires R888R semi-slicks.
As far as the suspension, the tuner opted for nothing less than the KW Variant 3 coilovers that made the Italian city car look almost like a carting vehicle.
Leaving no stone unturned, TVW swapped the stock exhaust system out for an Akrapovic Evolution Line, and added a Wagner Tuning intercooler. Both suggest that there were further upgrades under the hood – at least, an ECU remap – but we were given no details.
