Pics of the next-gen Fiat 500e have surfaced on the French forum Worldscoop, showing an urban EV that looks just like its predecessor, if a fair bit more up-to-date.
The manufacturer does not reveal any specs this early on, but we would expect the new 500e to be much better equipped than the old one, which packed a single electric motor rated at 113 hp (84 kW) and 200 Nm (148 lb-ft) of torque. The old one also had a seriously limited driving range of just around 130–160 kilometers (80–100 miles). By some indications, the new Fiat 500e might get as much as 400 km (250 miles) of range.
