The Italian car manufacturer has rolled out Yachting versions of its 500X and 500C models, so let’s take a look.
The crossover SUV stays nearly stock except for the soft top that only opens up a part of the roof. As such, it cannot be considered a convertible in the truest sense of the word. On the other hand, the hatch is too big to call it a sunroof. Overall, we’d say the cloth can be pushed far enough aside using its electric drive to ensure plenty of fresh air and sun in the cabin.
Both models wear ocean-inspired blue paint schemes and badges testifying to their special status. Cabins come trimmed in white with blue accents, and the dashboard can make use of either light-hued word or redwood.
The four-door model rides on 18-inch wheels and the two-door one on smaller 16-inch rollers.
According to Fiat, the first 500 X and C models to be sold in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland will ship with special badges bearing the initial letter of the country name.
